Lindsey Collins

Lindsey Collins is an Associate with CC&H where she serves as the Vice President of Grassroots Advocacy for the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association. In this capacity, Ms. Collins is responsible for arranging visits from Members of Congress to the association’s members’ facilities and project sites, managing public relations and media outreach, and representing the association at industry meetings and conferences. Prior to joining CC&H, Ms. Collins worked in development and fundraising for the Eno Center for Transportation where she managed membership, project development, and efforts to secure and maintain funding. Ms. Collins holds a master’s degree in modern British and European history from Oxford University, and a bachelor’s degree in history and English literature from Queens University of Charlotte.
